80% of the workforce are complete idiots. Next time you think someone is an idiot, try to put yourself in their situation and see how that sits. If that still makes them an idiot, imagine a situation that you were in recently where you acted erratically given whatever circumstance...for example, some douchebag knocks your arm as they run past you looking at their cellphone...what an asshole, right? Well, yeah, that's a dick thing to do...but imagine they're waiting for a call from their boss who just missed their flight due to a clerical error...and that person is thinking, I don't have time to apologize to that person I just ran into because my boss just called and lit my ass up..and now I don't have time to be cordial with some prick who got bumped. It's scenarios like these that create problems. Simply put, people need empathy...but the situations where empathy is needed, have already been exacerbated...so what's the answer?
